Hello All:

Thank you all for your contribution to a great evening that celebrates student achievement! If you were unable to attend last night we were joined by RI’s First Gentleman, Any Moffitt and RI Board of Education member, Colleen Callahan. They both delivered remarks that really underlined the fact that there has never been a better time to be a CTE student. Ms. Josie Wolfe who is the National College/Post Secondary President from Johnson and Wales University delivered a keynote speech that exited and resinated with our students.

We also celebrated those individuals that inspire our students.

  • Honorary Life Membership – Ms. Victoria Gailliard – Garrick from Davies C & T High School
  • Advisor of the Year – Ms. Kim Reall from The Met
  • CTE Educator of the Year – Ms. Monica Awde from Newport Area Career and Technical Center

The official winners list and medal count is linked below. Remember that each student that wins a medal is counted (ex: Health Knowledge Bowl is 4 medals). This is the format that is used by National SkillsUSA.

Scores will be available online within the next week.

Thank you all for your support!
